Rename company from APS to HZV

Asia Pacific Solutions Co., ltd. (APS) got the permit of changing company’s name from Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh city – HCMC People's committee to become Hitachi Zosen Vietnam Co., ltd.( HZV ) in May, 2013.
